After reaching out to my home warranty Co. they sent out a technician that hardly  glanced at the door,  said he couldn’t repair it and gave me a time line of 16 -20 weeks for  new door. Feeling disappointment  with his service. I was then referred to Legacy and with  just a phone call… Roger was able to determine what I needed. He sent out his technician the next day.  His technician John came out. He fixed up the garage door where there was a gap and after review I was then provided with a quote and a timeline of 3 weeks. And true to their word I now have a brand new garage door.. with new rails , motor, drums … the whole nine yards .

Both Roger and John provided the best customer service out there. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and professional.. couldn’t ask for more ..

After my garage door springs had failed and the door wouldn't open, I had contacted my property management and they put me in contact with Legacy Overhead Door Service.

I spoke to the owner and he had an informed me that his technician would be in contact with me shortly.  We were able to set up an appointment and when Jayson arrived he was professional and courteous enough to remove his shoes after seeing we don't wear shoes in our home!

He inspected the door and new exactly what needed to be repaired with out up selling any unwarranted replacement parts. I had done my research before hand, so I had fairly good idea on what needed to be replaced.

The original time frame was supposed to be 3-5 days because the owner was going to be out of town and he was left in charge of handling all the day to day responsibilities. But luckily for me, he had a cancellation after 2 days and was in and out after about an hour!

I don't usually waste my time writing reviews, but I just had to for this. The person I spoke to on the phone to schedule an appointment was extremely friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I couldn't really explain what was wrong, and the technician that came out really seemed to care about what he was doing. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly, and he had such a positive attitude despite the 100+ degree heat that he was working in. All I needed was the springs changed on my garage door and a new motor which is what they gave me. I had called a few other places to get quotes before choosing Legacy and based on the explanation I gave them, these other places were trying to get me to purchase a BRAND NEW garage door and motor which I didn't think was necessary at all... and sure enough, IT WASN'T. It has been a little over a month now since I had the service done, and it's like nothing was ever wrong.
